Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Purchaser with Mandarin language proficiency to join us on-site in Batam. The role includes managing procurement processes, handling purchase orders, identifying and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, researching suppliers, and optimizing purchase costs to meet company objectives while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Speaker is a must
• Hands-on experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and handling Purchase Orders
• Strong skills in Purchase Management and managing vendor relationships
• Ability to apply Analytical Skills to evaluate suppliers and optimize costs
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for effective communication with international suppliers
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and supply chain management is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and negotiation skills
