Purchasing Mandarin

Qinfa is one of largest underground coal mining in Indonesia, HKEX Hongkong listed 2009. currently hiring for Purchasing specialist mandarin speaker.

Requirements:

• candidates with purchasing experience
• Bachelor's degree or above; priority given to candidates majoring in Economics, International Trade, or Marketing
• Must be proficient in Chinese
• Have experienced in Mining industry will be plus

Responsibilities:

• Execute purchasing plans, conduct inquiries and negotiations, draft purchase contracts, arrange shipments, and follow up on deliveries
• Ensure quality and cost control of purchased materials
• Coordinate with the logistic team to ensure proper inspection and storage of incoming materials
• Manage supplier resources, including development, qualification review, and ongoing relationship management
