Purchasing Manager

We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for a Purchasing Manager to strengthen our operational excellence and supplier ecosystem.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Oversee and guide purchasing team activities, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and vendor coordination
• Prepare and present reports on purchasing performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives to senior management
• Source, maintain, and develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and reliability

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Proven knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and proactive mindset
