Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Management or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
  • Experience as a leader or PIC is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement flow: requestquotationcomparisonPO follow-upreceiving.
  • Ability to analyze prices and evaluate vendors.
  • Knowledge of materials/products depending on the industry.
  • Familiar with purchasing SOP, inventory management, and basic supply chain.

Personal Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate with pricing and documents.
  • Good time management; able to handle multiple requests.
  • Problem-solving skills for vendor and operational issues.
  • Basic leadership for coordinating a small team.
