Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in purchasing administrative tasks, including preparing and filing procurement documents.
  • Support data entry and monitoring of purchase orders (PO) and order status.
  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers regarding orders and delivery schedules.
  • Help maintain and update supplier databases.
  • Support the purchasing team in follow-ups and procurement processes.
  • Perform other purchasing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Active student or fresh graduate in Management, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in purchasing/procurement activities.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good with administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Spreadsheets).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Willing to work onsite in BSD.
