At PMI, we're reshaping the way we work building simpler, smarter, and more connected systems across our global operations. As a Purchasing Business Support Analyst, you'll enable seamless PurchasetoPay (P2P) operations and empower teams across our markets to perform more efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Support the full P2P lifecycle from PR creation to invoice codification and vendor updates
- Partner with business units to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate purchasing activities
- Serve as P2P advisor, guiding teams on best practices and compliance
- Deliver training sessions to improve purchasing process knowledge across users
- Perform reporting and data analysis to support operational insights
- Support standardization, optimization, and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with finance, cost controlling, CAPEX, and crossfunctional teams to enable smooth operations
Who You Are
- Experienced in Finance (minimum 2 years), ideally in a global or multinational environment
- Skilled communicator with strong customer focus
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP and/or Coupa
- Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently
- Fluent in English & Korean language
- Agile and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset
