Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya for a Purchasing Agent. The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating procurement activities, and conducting contract negotiations with suppliers. They will work closely with various teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining excellent customer service with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and understanding procurement workflows
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier agreements
• Expertise in Purchasing and Procurement, including identifying reliable suppliers and ensuring optimal inventory management
• Strong Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for procurement and inventory management
• Prior experience in retail, electronics, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline preferred
