Responsibilities:
- Liaise with supplier to ensure material availability for production
- Manage engineering change order, resolve quality issue, receipt & invoice discrepancy with suppliers
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchasing database and related documents
- Manage inventory to minimize inventory holding
- Able to work well with various departments
- Conduct analysis on shortages report
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of relevant purchasing experience in EMS industry
- Knowledge in SAP ERP will be advantageous
- Possess good computer skills including MS Office and strong in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English Language (both spoken and written) to liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Chinese Language is an added bonus to liaise with various stakeholders
