Responsibilities:
- Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build long term relationships with valuable KOLs
- Responsible for growing the SOV from KOLs to contribute to game publishing goals in a region
- Source and review for the right ambassador/influencer match for each campaign
- Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign targets are met
- Develop content plannings and review creative content
- Ensure optimal communication within the campaign teams at all stages of the campaign
- Monitor and optimise each KOLs performance on a regular basis and output insights for the next stage
- Keep abreast of emerging content trends, tools and social platform features, and apply to optimise KOLs performance & structures
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of KOL Management
- Good working knowledge of MOBA games and experience in KOL marketing
- Strong network with influencers with good account management skills
- A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy
- Bahasa native speaker, excellent written and communication skills in English
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
