Public Speaking Mentor (PONTIANAK)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Speaking Mentor located in PONTIANAK to join our team. This role will primarily involve teaching online, though there is the potential for offline teaching in the future. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in public speaking, master of ceremony hosting (or a similar field), along with a passion for teaching and inspiring others.

Responsibilities :

• Teaching from established materials
• Conducting online classes via Zoom
• Adjusting teaching methods based on student needs and progress
• Offering constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their public speaking skills
• Eventually transitioning to offline teaching, once deemed proficient in the online teaching format

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in public speaking, master of ceremony hosting, or a similar role
• Strong ability to teach and inspire others
• Proficiency in using Zoom for conducting classes
• Possession of a laptop for conducting online classes
• Flexibility to teach during evening hours
• Availability to teach on weekends and national holidays
• Punctuality and strong time management skills
