Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns across local and national levels to strengthen brand awareness and corporate image.
- Manage media relations and external communications, including press releases, news feeding, publicity materials, media interviews, and multi-channel communications.
- Plan and oversee PR events and activities, including press conferences, exhibitions, open days, media visits, on/off-air activities, and Rector-related events.
- Create and manage engaging content across social media and other media platforms to increase the institution's visibility, publicity, and positive brand perception.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media, while supporting executive communications through speechwriting, media strategy, and other communication initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experienced in media relations, press releases, corporate communications, and PR activities/events.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with media, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
