Responsibilities:
A. STRATEGIC CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
1. Monitoring the public reputation in external and managing external expectation
2. Managing and control annual budget owned by department
3. Assisting in coordinating company activities with external stakeholders.
4. Assisting in resolving social issues and external communications issues.
5. Supporting the company's public relations and external affairs activities.
6.. Help Manager to representing the company if any external purpose. Create weekly and monthly PR reports.
7. Archive company communication documents.
8. Create media and stakeholder databases.
9. Prepare presentation materials and management reports.
B. STRATEGIC CORPORATE BRANDING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1. Build and connected strategic relationships with:
a. Local Stake Holder in district
b. Local Regulatory agencies
c. Media Information
2. Support communication needs in the following processes:
a. Licensing
b. Business expansion and Internal Purpose
c. Industrial relations
d. Bridging internal expectation and need to the external stakeholder
3. Support Corporate social program or other activity to support external issue or align with sustainable development goals (Global Warming, ESG, Circular economy, etc)
4. Support programs for Community Development, Education, Environment, Public Heath or other issue in surronding environment as long as comply with the regulation
5. Compile supporting document and evaluate the document for license application, business purposed, and other company request
6. Maintain harmonious relationships with the communities surrounding the company's operations.
7. Ensure management and Guest which are not familiar having good knowledge or understanding related their obligation and comply with any Indonesia Regulation
C. COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATION
1. Identify relevant regulation with the business purposed and ensure company on track to following the Regulation
2. Check and review compliance evaluation report from each Business Unit
3. Ensure all plant understand what their lack and how to fullfill the compliance
4. Internal Audit for compliance and guide plant to make risk assessment to mitigate the risk
D. SUPERVISORY INTERNAL TEAM
1. Organize company activities such as:
a. Guest visits, Investor visits
b. Government visits, Corporate events
c. Manage vendors, documentation, and event requirements.
2. Ensure events run professionally and meet company standards.
3. Supervising PR staff and administrative work.
4. Assist with subordinate performance evaluations.
5. Conduct team briefings and coordination.
6. Ensure all work is completed on time.
Qualifications
1. Education S1/ Bachelor Degree: Communication Relations, International Communication, Marketing Communication
2. Experienced 3–5 year experienced on: Public Relations,Corporate Communication,Media Relation,Government Relation
3. Having capability for Public speaking, Media handling, Event management, Communication strategy, Microsoft Office
4. Having Good Leadership, Proactive , Negotiation skill, Teamwork, Problem solving, Networking ability
5. English proficiency is sufficient for working (listening, speaking, reading), and Mandarin proficiency is at least sufficient for daily conversation.
