Job Description

Singapore FOZL Group Pte Ltd

  • Accounting Functions
  • Maintain full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and inventory if applicable)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK
  • Handle journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records
  • Liaise with auditors for annual statutory audit and ensure timely completion
  • Support budgeting and financial analysis where required
  • Tax Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax filings (e.g. VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax)
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and deadlines
  • Handle tax calculations, tax reconciliations, and tax provisions
  • Liaise with tax authorities on tax queries, audits, and assessments
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess impact on the company
  • Assist in tax planning and optimisation strategies
  • Regulatory & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and reporting obligations
  • Coordinate with external consultants (tax agents, auditors, corporate secretaries)
  • Maintain proper records for regulatory inspections and audits
  • Operational Support
  • Support invoicing and billing processes
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable status
  • Assist in internal control implementation and process improvements
  • Provide ad-hoc financial and tax support to management
  • Ad-hoc Support
  • Assist in cross-border corporate structuring matters (if applicable)
  • Support management with special projects and assignments
