Job Summary
The Psychologist at Teladoc Health is responsible for managing and following up on referred cases, conducting clinical assessments, and providing psychological diagnoses and therapy to support members mental and emotional well-being. This role involves designing individualized behavior modification programs, monitoring progress through therapy sessions, and coordinating referrals when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up cases which are referred by Teladoc Health
- Call members to collect relevant records, understand their status and requests
- Provide clinical assessment and diagnose psychological, emotional or behavioral disorders of the patients.
- Complete clinical case summary or other case report by following the company's standard
- Design behavior modification programs for individual members. Incorporate different psychometric methods to improve members condition. Monitor progress through regular therapy sessions.
- Research and locate appropriate referrals if any needs.
- Work with Medical Director to design, plan and deliver proactive educational and preventive training programs and/or activities to promote and facilitate members mental and emotional wellbeing.
- Cooperate with Medical Director and care coordinator improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- A recognized postgraduate Counselling/Clinical Psychology degree and extensive expertise and experience in psychological counselling and group work with 3-5 years of working experiences in related fields.
- Licensed and registered counsellor with a recognized registration board/professional body OR an accredited psychologist status with a reputable professional body/board.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across diverse groups. The ability to collaborate with other medical professionals is important.
- Demonstrated ability to devise sound operational plans, including program development, implementation and evaluation, as well as to contribute to strategic planning.
- High level of presentation and public speaking skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
