B. Role Description

As a Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychologist, you will conduct counseling and assessment sessions, and design therapeutic interventions tailored for children and adolescents (ages 3 - 16). This also includes providing parental guidance to support each child's holistic well-being

In addition, you may also work with a broader range of clients and cases and responsible to maintain accurate client records and reports while upholding the highest professional and ethical standards

This is a hybrid role that requires flexibility and commitment to facilitate both online and onsite sessions. In terms of location, we are prioritizing candidates that based in or around or able to commute the BSD area, as offline sessions may be required

C. Requirements & Qualifications

2. Must hold active Clinical Psychologist Practice License (SIPP / SIPPK) and Professional Registration Certificate (STR)
3. Must hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Child & Adolescent Psychology. A degree from a reputable university is considered a strong advantage
4. Proactive and solution-oriented communication style
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
6. Having at least 1 year of professional experience is a plus
7. Availability to do sessions on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) to support families and children who may have limited weekday availability
8. Strong expertise in developmental psychology, child/adolescent behavior, and family systems
9. Demonstrate passion and interest in mindfulness-based approaches for children and families
10. Ability to engage children in a warm, friendly, age appropriate, and effective manner
11. Trustworthy, empathetic, and responsible
