Conduct protein expression, purification, and analysis. Perform tangential-flow filtration (TFF) experiments to support automated TFF system development.
Maintain records for experiment outcome, results and data.
Organize and present experimental results to internal stakeholders.
Assess product usability and function to provide feedback to the engineering team.
Provide technical support to users by email, phone, or on-site site visits.
Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemical or a life sciences field, featuring solid foundational knowledge of biochemistry.
At least 1 year of working experience in the laboratory.
Have a comprehensive knowledge of nucleic acid amplification and principle applications of qPCR or a working knowledge of protein expression, extraction, and purification.
Hands-on experience with ultrafiltration techniques (for nucleic acids, proteins, viral vectors, lipid nanoparticles etc.) is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Able to manage schedules and workload with an awareness of strategic goals.
Excellent communication in English, both oral and written.
