Requirement

Comprehensive education (Bachelor, Master) in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position with EPC, Manufacturing, etc.
Relevant experience in the field of hydropower technologies in any role will be a major advantage.
Great time-management skills.
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
Very good IT user knowledge of all common systems.

Job Responsibilities

Clarifying technical aspects of the RFQ project management and engineering team.
Coordinate with the global back office sales team about technical offers and price calculations from headquarters and subsidiaries for the main components.
Detail cost estimation for products and services offered.
Manage and maintain the Supplier Price Database and build good relationships with suppliers.
Responsible for collecting and collating all information needed to prepare the proposal (technical and commercial).
Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process from issuance to supplier follow-up, ensuring orders meet project timelines and specifications. Responsibilities include verifying order accuracy, negotiating terms, handling PO amendments, and resolving procurement issues.
Preparation of tender documents, technical and commercial.
Coordinate and improve the purchasing process with EU Headquarters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the PO process, including adherence to budget constraints and authorization protocols.
Inquire about the mechanical and electrical balance of plant equipment locally and within the region.
