Property Supervisor - Balikpapan

Job Responsibility

• Supervise daily hotel operations, and property maintenance.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain service standards across all departments.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy, and operational performance to support revenue achievement.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with department teams and management to address operational issues and improve property performance.

Job Qualification

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or senior operational role.
• Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, and general hotel operations.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and guest handling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be based in Balikpapan.
• Willing to undergo the employement in Outsourcing.
