WE ARE HIRING – SOCIAL MEDIA & HOSPITALITY CREATIVE ASSISTANT

Tropical Kasbah is a small boutique eco-retreat and creative hospitality project based in Bali.

We are looking for a motivated, independent and creative person to join our team full-time.

This is not a big corporate job where everyone only does one thing. We are looking for someone flexible and involved, who enjoys multitasking and helping with many aspects of the business.

Your missions may include:

* Managing and growing our social media accounts

* Creating content: photos, videos, reels, interviews, stories, etc.

* Posting and scheduling content across multiple platforms

* Helping manage OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.

* Replying to guests and OTA messages when needed

* Assisting with marketing and creative ideas

* Occasionally creating simple graphic design materials, posters or promotional visuals

* Helping the team with various creative and operational tasks

We are NOT necessarily looking for someone with a super high level or years of experience.

We are looking for someone:

* Motivated and eager to learn

* Creative and proactive

* Independent and disciplined

* Flexible with working hours

* Comfortable taking initiatives

* Able to work without needing constant coaching

* With good English communication skills

* Passionate about hospitality, content creation and social media

Graphic design skills are a big plus.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly, gain experience in many areas, and be truly involved in a creative hospitality project.

Location: Seminyak, Bali

Full-time position

Working schedule: Monday to Saturday midday
