Requirements:

• Graduate of Diploma or Bachelor of any majors.
• 1+ years of proven experience in property sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill.
• Knowledge of local property market and regulations.
• Meet tight deadline and sales target oriented.
• Proven track record in her/his sales achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell property products to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate property solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and property regulations.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer data.
