Job Description

  • Lead negotiations for new leases, lease renewals, and lease amendments
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining key properties
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Developers key Person
  • Proactively address and resolve any developers concerns or issues
  • Foster open communication and transparency with developers
  • Oversee the day-to-day property management activities, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Min. 2 years work experience in sales, marketing role, preferably within the enterprise market or B2B sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent in project management tools and methodologies
  • Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
