Property Management (Procurement) Specialist

Providing support for building operations related to purchasing of goods, building operational equipment licensing, administrative, and support for operational activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but candidates with min. 1 year of experience in procurement field are preferred (experience in property industry is a plus)
• Good knowledge of vendor purchasing practices
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• Understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is a plus
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera
