Property Executive - Yogyakarta
Property Executive will play a critical role in :
- Supports daily hotel operations (city-wide area) to ensure they meet RedDoorz Operational SOPs & standards.
- Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards. Discussion with the hotel owner regarding improvements to hotel facilities.
- Works closely with hotel teams to improve guest experience and support property management and local marketing efforts.
- Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.
Qualification :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality, property management, or a similar operational role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with hotel owners and on-site teams
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and recommend operational improvements
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to monitor property quality and ensure compliance with company SOPs and standards
- Willingness to conduct regular site visits and follow-ups
