We are seeking an experienced Promoter Manager to lead and scale a nationwide promoter network, driving customer acquisition, sales growth, and market expansion. This role combines strategic planning, agency management, field operations, and performance optimization to ensure the success of promoter and brand ambassador initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with promoter agencies and field teams to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Create and execute deployment strategies, forecasts, and performance plans for promoter operations.
- Monitor promoter productivity, campaign effectiveness, and ROI while driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on new partner and store launches.
- Lead training, compliance, and fraud prevention initiatives across the promoter network.
- Provide performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale promoter, brand ambassador, field sales, or agency operations.
- Proven success leading nationwide field teams and driving commercial growth.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven with experience analyzing performance metrics and reporting to senior management.
- Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and project management tools.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
