Lewis Emma is currently seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Project & Visual Merchandising Staff
Responsibilities :
- Execute and maintain in-store visual merchandising according to brand standards.
- Ensure product displays, fixtures, signage, and planograms are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support new store opening, renovation, relocation, and bazaar/event setup.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project execution.
- Monitor store visual consistency and provide improvement recommendations.
- Ensure project completion within timeline and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Project Management or fresh graduate are welcome.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiar with retail display, layout planning, and store setup processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design software skills are an advantage.
- Willing to travel for store visits and project handling.
