Project Team Leader

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering / Mining.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sampler / Surveyor.
• Understanding of sampling, preparation and survey in Coal processing.
• Good knowledge about Coal characteristics with related methods.
• Familiar and understanding with ISO 9001, ISO 14001,ISO 45001 and SNI ISO/IEC 17020.
• Good capabilities in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Certified in AISI, LSP Perhapi and Draught Survey.
• Perform strong leadership skills, good teamwork and analytical thinking.
• Good interpersonal skills at all organization levels and familiar with complaint-handling functions.
• Willing to work under a 1-year contract
• Work Location : Central Kalimantan.

Responsibilities:

• Verification of any samples and/or operational survey tasks.
• Execute the prevention to handling any complaint.
• Operational tools management and related maintenance.
• Prepare field activities report (periodically).
• Lead laboratory process and ensure the process complies with related policy, update regulation and Quality control (QAQC).
• System Utilization (based on job quality reporting).
• Responsible in Financial Management based on operational fee actualization.
