Kopi Kenangan is currently looking for a Project Supervisor to oversee our cafe/ retail store fit-out and construction projects from planning through handover. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timelines are met.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor, preferably in the retail or F&B industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Able to prepare and modify working drawings, including single-line electrical diagrams.
- Experience managing multiple store fit-out or construction projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with construction drawings, site coordination, quality control, project documentation, and MEP coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and workplace safety requirements.
- Strong project management, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and develop S-curves to track planned versus actual construction progress.
- Willing to travel frequently for site supervision.
Job Role:
- Manage and supervise store fit-out and construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review and interpret construction and technical drawings.
- Coordinate MEP works and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
