Specialist Fiberline

Qualification requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Paper Science, or a related industrial engineering discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 to7 years of progressive experience in the pulp and paper industry, with a direct focus on high-purity fiberlines or dissolving pulp projects.
3. Min. 18 y.o

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization & Technical MasteryProvide deep technical expertise on high-purity fiberline operations
2. focusing heavily on pre-hydrolysis Kraft or sulfite cooking kinetics, oxygen delignification, and multi-stage bleaching (ECF/TCF).
3. Audit existing mill assets and perform mass/energy balances to identify bottlenecks in chemical consumption, washing efficiency, and pulp reactivity.
4. Optimize the chemical recovery loop, causticizing plant, and liquor cycle to support the unique demands of dissolving pulp production.
