Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Specialist, located in Kota Bekasi. The Project Sales Specialist will manage sales projects, build and maintain client relationships, and create proposals that address customers needs. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, following up with clients, handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, project planning, and delivery. The role also involves identifying potential business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Project Sales and Sales processes to successfully manage and meet sales targets.
  • Strong Communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in Customer Service to address client inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Project Management for planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Previous experience in the construction or project-based industry is considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
