Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Sales Specialist role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Project Sales Specialist will manage B2B sales activities for residential and commercial furniture projects, from initial client engagement through closing and post-sales follow-up.
Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying project leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and presenting curated furniture solutions that align with client design and budget requirements. The role also involves coordinating with internal design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation, while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Sales Specialist will maintain accurate sales records, track project timelines, and contribute to achieving sales targets and growing Casa Amare's project portfolio.

Qualifications
  • Strong Project Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing residential or commercial furniture or interior projects.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships, handle inquiries, and provide professional client support.
  • Solid Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with design, operations, and logistics teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Prior experience in luxury furniture, interior design, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in basic office and sales tools (e.g., CRM software, spreadsheets, presentation software).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, goal-oriented work approach.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
