Establish and maintain strong relationships with company accounts and conduct sales to company project accounts in order to achieve the targets set by the company, specifically for Repainting and High-Rise Building projects.
Job Description:
- Identify new projects that the company can approach and report them to the supervisor for follow-up actions.
- Conduct outreach and lobbying with developers, contractors, applicators, and other project accounts within the assigned area.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate project offers with all relevant parties (developers, contractors, applicators, and others) to achieve sales results and terms that align with the policies established by the Sales Project Department.
- Ensure that the mock-up process (Mowilex product demonstrations) at project sites runs smoothly and in accordance with the rules applied by the Sales Division.
- Ensure that all tinting procurement processesfrom completing tinting forms to coordinating with the R&D Department for color preparationare carried out properly and in accordance with the rules of the Sales Division.
- Build relationships and sell company products to midhigh-scale accounts and high-rise project accounts
- Monitor the progress of customer complaint resolution.
- Coordinate the provision of the best service by departments involved in handling customer complaints.
- Ensure that client billing and payments are carried out on time and in compliance with established rules.
- Ensure that the delivery process of customer-ordered products runs smoothly and in accordance with the agreed-upon MOU.
- Conduct all customer interactions through the CRM / Bitrix system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1), majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Experienced min. (3) years of work experience, specifically in Sales Project within the Building Materials industry.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A and/or SIM C) is required
