Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Tangerang Selatan for the position of Project Sales - AI Solutions & System Integration. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of AI-driven analytics and system integration solutions, managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. The role also involves overseeing the end-to-end sales process, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring effective project delivery aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Project Sales - you're comfortable chasing, pitching, and closing
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive client relationships
  • Experience in B2B / project-based / solution sales
  • Able to sell value and outcomes, not just products
  • Lowmedium technical understanding (you can speak the language, not design the system)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient
  • Familiarity with industrial, commercial, or critical infrastructure industries is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience selling analytics, system integration, security, industrial, or enterprise solutions
  • Existing network in industrial estates, enterprises, or infrastructure projects
  • Familiar with tenders, POC/demo-driven sales, or framework contract
