Technical Competencies :
- S1 from Economy, Management, Business, Communications, Engineering
- Min. 1 - 2 years in Project Officer, Research
- Proficient in Ms Excel, Airtable, and/or other database monitoring tools
- Sufficient experience in working with Gsuite & virtual meeting platforms
- Strong administration skill
- Demonstrate adequate business acumen
Main Activities:
- Provide support to the Project Manager in overseeing the entire program implementation process, including pre-program activities such as participant attendance tracking, task execution during the program, and administrative completion after the program ends.
- Serve as the main liaison between the client and the internal team, and be responsible for managing schedules throughout all stages of the program, including before, during, and after the program.
- Support the project team in carrying out specific tasks requested by the Project Manager.
- Consultancy Project: Support consultancy projects that help clients develop business roadmaps, build innovation pilot projects, and conduct global benchmarking initiatives across two countries.
