As a Project Reporter, you will work with the planning and control team to produce and assemble all the progress reports for the project. They also help to complete administrative tasks as required by the Planning and Controls Lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in minimum of 5-7 years experience in project reporting or scheduling control

What You'll Do
We are looking for a Project Reporter to join our team in Pomalaa, Indonesia.
The Role Responsibilities Include
- Provide and assemble all the progress reports for the project and complete administrative tasks as required by the Planning and Controls Lead.
- As applicable able to effectively work with Client and Contractor construction partners in matters of cost and progress measurement.
- Monitor progress during the study against the study schedule, identify areas of slippage for attention, and forecast the completion date.
- Perform/Assists with critical path and float analysis reporting.
- Facilitate the preparation of summary schedule report, maintain baseline/execution schedule, and productivity reporting
- Ensure effective coordination and cooperation between other team members, particularly in regard to cost, planning (forecasting) and procurement matters.
- Provide specialist project report services for the support of the Worley project control system
- Ensure project scope, budgets and schedules for construction are effectively communicated and met on projects.
What You'll Have
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in project reporting or scheduling control
- Prior experience in mining construction project advantageous
- Ability to understand the content for project reports daily, weekly, or monthly basis for actual progress.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure/status and monitor performance.
- Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge approach to Project Management techniques
- Proven ability to negotiate, mediate and delegate as well as lead a team or participate as a team member
- Understand and apply the Quality Management System
- Responsible for implementing modifications to provide a cost-effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the relevant Quality Assurance system
- Safety Responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
