Budgeting & Estimation: Estimate and prepare project budgets (CAPEX) based on designs provided by engineers and architects for each discipline.
Cost Management: Control project budget (CAPEX) utilizing SAP-PS System and monitor on-going project expenditures.
Tender & Bidding: Prepare tender documents, post-tender estimations, and all necessary documents for the bidding process, including technical enquiries for engineering consultants and building contractors.
Technical Evaluation: Design calculation basis for concrete and steel structures (Static & Dynamic) and prepare Technical Building Evaluations.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly CAPEX status reports (PR/PO & external service) and report to Shareholders for Final Settlement.
Supervision: Assist and supervise QS Consultant works to ensure alignment with project goals.
Governance: Support Global Project Group in reviewing/revising Project SOPs, Guidelines, and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
Coordination: Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and meticulous reporting of project costing data.
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical preferred). A Master's Degree or Post-Graduate degree is a plus.
Experience: * Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or large-scale Industrial Building/Plant Projects.
Proven track record in project estimating and cost controlling within a similar capacity.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera, and SAP-PS System.
Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and technical writing.
Familiar with Indonesian and International codes/standards.
Competencies:
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and highly meticulous.
Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative.
Competent in organizing and analyzing complex project costing data.
Placement: Must be willing to be placed at the OKI Project site in South Sumatra.
