Job Role / Job Overview
- Proactive and customer-centric.
- Represent the project in quality-related matters internally and externally.
- Coordinate and execute project audits, and develop and implement quality management systems.
- Ensures that the quality concern is built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers.
- Guarantee the quality of the project based on the roadmap.
- Ensure that all quality & customer requirements are considered from the opening to the closing of a development/introduction project stage.
- Ensure that the customer voice is well analysed, heard, and considered to provide and prioritize customer requirements to the project team.
- Ensure that the customer&aposs experience in the field is considered in creation projects.
- Guarantees the best application of the Project Management system.
- Ensure that creation development/introduction projects will be launched with an excellent level of quality by setting appropriate objectives and defining related improvement actions to be executed by the projects.
- Support and lead project teams on quality methods and tools to achieve the robustness of the offer, customer satisfaction and quality objectives.
- Ensure that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are well managed within projects.
- Anticipate and provide visibility into any product or project risks and alert accordingly.
- Assist the project manager on animation and decision-making processes in the preparation of project milestones, monitoring of reports and actions including drive lessons learned.
- Act on projects as a co-pilot
- Initiate training, implement quality methodologies and tools, and drive process improvement.
- Reports to Quality Assurance Manager / Lead
Responsibilities
- Responsible for take a lead and driving as well executing Project Quality systematically in deployment end to end.
- Develops and implements strategy programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing and proactive quality services.
- Focus on quality mindset and a sustainable quality culture.
- Ensure Quality requirements fully covered into project milestones.
- Ensure that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are well managed within projects.
- Anticipate and provide visibility into any product or project risks and alert accordingly. manufacturing/assembling processes robustness (as result of implementation of Process Control Chart, FMEA, Poka Yoke).
- As the one of key stakeholders per RACI to involve for milestones.
General Profile and Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Good command in English.
- Communication and analytical skill.
- Computer literate MS excel, word, Power Point.
- Experience 5years in the same function (Quality & Technical).
- Good knowledge of internal Quality Practices, Project Management, Technical Engineering .
- Knowledge of related industrial practices : Kaizen, Six-Sigma.
- In-depth knowledge in Basic Quality Core ( 7QC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)..
