Project Procurement Manager

ABOUT JOB:

This position will contribute to a major international Railway Infrastructure Project in Southeast Asia, involving the planning, execution, integration, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary rail systems and civil works. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination across multiple stakeholders, adherence to global railway standards, and leadership in ensuring successful project outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedule and budget.
• Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for materials, systems packages, rolling stock interfaces, and subcontractors.
• Manage RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract awards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international procurement standards.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and cost variances.
• Coordinate procurement interfaces with Engineering, Construction, and Finance teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• 10+ years of procurement experience in railway or large infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience with FIDIC, EPC, or PPP procurement frameworks.
