Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activation events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Develop creative activation concepts that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage event organization, including budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their brand needs and develop tailored activation solutions.
  • Coordinate and oversee Event Organizers (EO) and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of brand activations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and creative departments, to deliver impactful brand experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and provide quick, effective solutions for any on-site issues during activations.
  • Ensure all activation materials, presentations, and documentation are well-prepared and organized.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and teamwork while working under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on activation schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in event activation, brand engagement, and operations.
  • Ability to quickly respond to challenges, generate creative activation ideas, and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a must.
  • Fluent in english
  • Other Requirements: Positive attitude, strong team collaboration skills, and the ability to work under dynamic event conditions.
