Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activation events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences.
- Develop creative activation concepts that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage event organization, including budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their brand needs and develop tailored activation solutions.
- Coordinate and oversee Event Organizers (EO) and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of brand activations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and creative departments, to deliver impactful brand experiences.
- Troubleshoot and provide quick, effective solutions for any on-site issues during activations.
- Ensure all activation materials, presentations, and documentation are well-prepared and organized.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and teamwork while working under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on activation schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in event activation, brand engagement, and operations.
- Ability to quickly respond to challenges, generate creative activation ideas, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a must.
- Fluent in english
