Project Planner

Qualification requirement:

1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, construction management or a related technical discipline.
2. Min. 18 y.o
3. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Project Planning and Controls, preferably within the Manufacturing, Heavy Industry, or Pulp & Paper sector.
4. Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling methodologies, and the application of project management tools and systems.
5. Demonstrated experience in implementing and utilizing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to monitor project performance and drive effective decision-making.
6. Proficient in developing progress measurement systems and preparing project reports, dashboards, and executive level presentations.
7. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and changes across all organizational levels.
8. Extensive experience in developing, reviewing, updating, and standardizing project planning procedures to ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational requirements.
9. Familiarity with power BI, excel and microsoft project.
10. Expert users of Ms. Project
11. Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM).
