Monitor and evaluate project progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
Prepare, update, and control the project master schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Prepare, update, and analyze the Project S-Curve based on baseline and actual project progress.
Ensure project execution aligns with the established timeline, progress targets, and project milestones.
Analyze project progress deviations against the baseline schedule, including planned vs actual progress.
Identify potential project delays and provide corrective action as well as recovery plan recommendations.
Monitor physical project progress, work weight progress, and on-site achievement status.
Track critical paths and monitor priority project activities.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams regarding project progress updates.
Prepare project performance reports, monitoring dashboards, S-Curve reports, and progress presentations for management.
Control project progress to ensure alignment with company cash flow targets and project timelines.
Support productivity monitoring, resource allocation, and project execution efficiency.
Conduct site visits to validate actual site progress against the updated project schedule.
Ensure all project progress data is properly documented, accurate, and up to date.
Support project performance evaluation in terms of timeline, cost, and execution efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project control, planning & scheduling, or project monitoring within property developer, contractor, or construction industry.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, construction sequence, and project control methodology.
Experienced in preparing and analyzing project schedule, Kurva S, progress report, and recovery plan.
Proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, progress tracking, and data analysis.
Familiar with Critical Path Method (CPM), baseline schedule, and variance analysis.
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and coordination skills.
Able to work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants.
Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Willing to conduct site visits and work in dynamic project environments.
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
