Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate manufacturing transfer projects from China to Indonesia, from planning to mass production.

2. Coordinate with China and Indonesia teams to ensure readiness of materials, equipment, technical documents, and production processes.

3. Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

4. Coordinate cross-functional teams and follow up on project issues, risks, and action items.

5. Prepare project updates and documentation, and ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, manufacturing, NPI, or related roles.

3. Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and project follow-up skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus.

5. Good command of written and spoken English, proactive, detail-oriented and responsible.
