Job Description

As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects within Mineski's Projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely completion of tasks, maintaining accurate project documentation, and facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders. The task is not limited to Project in general, but potentially into specific task like Hospitality, Administration, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Fresh Graduate from any degree are welcome.
  • Have experience in doing Project Management will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment will be a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Easily to adapt with the project management tools, and familiar with Office Program (E.g Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc).
  • Knowledge of simple project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in work.
  • Fluently speak in Bahasa Indonesia and English is prioritized.
