Project Mechanical Engineer

PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We are looking for a Project Mechanical Engineer. This is a 12-months contractual role, based in Bekasi.

Responsibilities:

Project Monitoring & Machine Installation

• Supervise and monitor machine installation activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Manage mechanical installation (M&E) works, ensuring proper installation of equipment, utilities, and supporting systems.
• Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Cost standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to support smooth project implementation.
• Achieve project milestones and overall delivery in line with approved schedules.

Safety, Quality, and Cost Control

• Ensure all installation and commissioning activities comply with HSE requirements, company standards, and local regulations.
• Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with Quality standards and engineering best practices.
• Control project costs and minimize rework through proper planning, coordination, and technical review.
• Participate in risk assessments, safety audits, and method statement reviews.

Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:

1. Bachelor degree with minimum 1 – 3 year experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment
2. Engineering & Machineries
3. Ability to work cross-functionally, manage diverse group and influence,
4. Able to write and speak English
5. Able to operate Auto Cad 2D and 3D
6. Detail knowledge of mechanical especially when doing machine commissioning and installation
