Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Lead overall project execution for maintenance activities from planning, mobilization, execution, until final completion and handover, ensuring alignment with contract scope and company objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with Company and Client HSE standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements applicable to oil & gas operations. Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
  • Manage and control project cost, schedule, quality, and risk to ensure project delivery within approved budget and timeline. Implement corrective actions where necessary to maintain performance targets.
  • Oversee maintenance execution activities including shutdown/turnaround support, corrective and preventive maintenance, inspection programs, and site coordination.
  • Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and construction) as well as external stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor resource allocation, manpower planning, material availability, and equipment readiness to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational and commercial impact.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, performance updates, cost reports, and technical documentation to management and client representatives.
  • Ensure all documentation, reporting, and close-out deliverables are completed in accordance with contractual and company requirements.

Requirments :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation & Maintenance (EPCOM) industry.
  • Minimun 3 years of experience in blanket construction project as Project Manager
  • Minimun 5 years of experience in EPC project as Project Manager
  • Strong proficiency in: Project HSE Management, Cost Control & Budget Management, Project Scheduling & Planning, Interface Management, Quality Management, Job Prioritization & Resource Levelling
  • Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification such as: Ikatan Ahli Manajemen Proyek Indonesia (IAMPI) – Ahli Utama or Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP)
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, project management tools, reporting systems).
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
