Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead productivity improvement and cost reduction projects at the Batam site.
• Manage New Product Development (NPD) projects in accordance with company processes and project governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Serve as the local project management representative in Batam.
• Provide operational and coordination support to Project Managers based in Angoulême.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between Batam and Angoulême teams.
• Coordinate local activities such as prototype builds, testing, industrialization, supplier interactions, and project reviews.
• Escalate issues, risks, and resource constraints affecting project execution.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting are maintained according to company standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in management within a manufacturing, industrial, or product development environment.
• Experience leading productivity improvement, industrialization, or New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and operations from Batam/knowledge from the site. Good network in the plant from Batam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographical locations.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• French is a plus.
• Willingness to work with teams across different time zones and occasionally travel if required.
