Project Manager Scrum Master

KPI Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager - Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Technical PM - Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding our agile teams through the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with our strategic objectives.

Job Title: Technical PM-Scrum Master (Must have Data Engineering Background)

Location: Hybrid – Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune

Experience: 10+ years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Utilize agile methodologies to optimize team performance and productivity, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impede team progress, providing resolutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and timelines, to ensure transparency and effective communication across teams.
• Mentor and support team members in adopting agile practices and principles, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in an agile environment, preferably in software development.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving solutions.
