Work Environment

We are looking for a Project Manager - Renewable Energy to support and lead the successful delivery of renewable energy projects across Indonesia. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and project delivery for solar, wind, hybrid, and other renewable energy developments. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Missions

• Oversee the development and execution of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hybrid solutions
• Manage all aspects of project planning, implementation, execution, monitoring, and project completion
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, sub-consultants, contractors, and other project parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards
• Manage project risks, including risk identification, mitigation planning, strategy development, and execution of corrective actions
• Act as the main point of contact (PIC) for communication and coordination between all project stakeholders
• Monitor, evaluate, and report project progress, performance, and key issues to management and relevant stakeholders
• Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to ensure project standards, contractual obligations, and performance objectives are achieved
• Lead, mentor, and provide direction to internal multidisciplinary project teams throughout all project phases
• Review and approve project deliverables prepared by internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and sub-consultants
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and contractual obligations to achieve successful project outcomes
• Facilitate technical meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder presentations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution
• Support business development initiatives through client relationship management and identification of project opportunities

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy Engineering, or related discipline)
• Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, EPC, consulting, or Owner's Engineer environments
• Proven experience managing utility-scale renewable energy projects, including Solar PV, Wind, BESS, Hybrid, or Energy Transition projects
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project lifecycle management, contract administration, and risk management
• Experience in project scheduling and planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent software
• Strong knowledge of international engineering and quality standards, including IEC, IEEE, and relevant industry regulations
• Experience interfacing directly with clients, government agencies, contractors, consultants, and project investors
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Indonesia as required
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
