Job Description:

The Project Management team plays a crucial supporting role to cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Fraud, etc., within the Regional Operations department, and also owns key items such as costs and user experience. In short, our project managers are known for navigating the ever-changing demands of projects while keeping the end goal in clear view.

  • Understand business requirements based on areas of improvement for existing operations and systems
  • Conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis of pain points/common issues from current regional and local operations
  • Define clear project objectives, manage project progress and achieve goals in a timely manner
  • Facilitate coordination of tasks across various stakeholders, including product owners, developers, function owners, and local operations teams
  • Design and build reporting processes based on identified business requirements and collected data
  • Boost platform usage by identifying and suggesting innovative ways of driving product adoption and user retention
  • Manage and track cost drivers across markets, and outline initiatives to allocate resources effectively without hampering user experience

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting, or in-house strategy roles a degree in STEM/business administration is a plus
  • Ability to apply analytical thinking towards business problems
  • Experience in working with data, drawing insights, developing reporting templates, and devising practical data-driven solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills to coordinate processes and projects involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate tasks across various stakeholders, manage project progress and achieve goals in a timely manner
  • Ability to view different aspects of a project from a macro perspective while having an eye for detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Strong work ethic and excellent ownership skills
