Job Description
- Own and drive high-impact projects across multiple markets and workstreams
- Set clear objectives and milestones, monitor execution, and deliver results on time
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to define scopes and set clear deliverables
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to surface actionable insights, and continuously optimise processes and workflows to improve daytoday execution efficiency
- Apply structured analytical thinking and a proactive, hands-on approach to deliver clear, measurable results
- Track project progress and milestones, proactively flagging risks and resolving issues to keep projects on track
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing
- Minimum 5 years of working experience on project management
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to manage complexity across teams and regions
- Data-driven, structured thinker who can translate analysis into strategy
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
